1. General Conditions & Account Security
Acceptance of Terms: By visiting our site or purchasing products from us, you agree to comply with these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian to make a purchase.
Account Responsibility: If you create an account or provide details on our site, you are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your information and the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Modifications: OralFirst reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services following updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
2. Product Information & Pricing
Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display accurate product images, specifications, and details (including the OralFirst Pulse Electric Toothbrush). However, slight variations in packaging, color, or design may occur due to photography lighting, monitor displays, or manufacturing updates.
Pricing Currency: All prices listed on oralfirst.pk are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust product pricing, promotions, and store offers at our discretion.
3. Order Processing & Acceptance
Order Acceptance: Placing an order on our website does not guarantee final acceptance. Receiving an automated order confirmation via email or SMS indicates receipt of your request, not order approval.
Order Verification: To prevent fraudulent activity or non-deliveries, Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may require verification via phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp.
Order Cancellation by OralFirst: We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order prior to dispatch for reasons including, but not limited to:
Incorrect or incomplete address/contact information provided by the customer.
Payment authorization issues or suspected fraudulent activity.
Unavailability of stock.
Multiple previous unverified or refused COD deliveries.
4. Shipping & Courier Dispatch
Dispatch & Cancellation: Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 24–48 hours of order confirmation. Once an order has been packed and a shipping label/tracking code has been generated with our courier partner, the order cannot be canceled.
Courier Partners: We ship orders across Pakistan using leading logistics networks (e.g., Leopards Courier, PostEx, TCS, Rider).
Delivery Timelines: Delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days, depending on your city/location. OralFirst is not liable for delivery delays caused by courier logistics, bad weather, public holidays, or regional disruptions beyond our control.
Parcel Inspection: Courier drivers are bound by company policy and are not permitted to allow open-box inspections before payment. The full invoice amount must be paid to the courier agent upon receiving the sealed parcel.
5. Pricing & Payment Methods
Payment Options: We accept various payment options as displayed at checkout, including Cash on Delivery (COD) and direct bank/card payments.
Payment Guarantee: By providing payment or opting for COD, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method and commit to paying the full invoice amount upon delivery.
6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
For information regarding product returns, exchanges, replacements, and refunds, please review our separate Return & Refund Policy. All claims, returns, and replacements are strictly governed by the conditions outlined on that page.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on oralfirst.pk—including logos, product designs, packaging graphics, photography, custom copy, user manuals, artwork, and website code—belongs exclusively to OralFirst and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without explicit written permission from OralFirst.
8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
Health & Usage Disclaimer: OralFirst products are designed for general personal oral hygiene and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any dental or medical condition. Users with severe gum sensitivities, medical conditions, or recent oral surgeries should consult a certified dental professional before use.
Product Sensitivities: OralFirst is not liable for individual sensitivities or improper use of the product outside of the provided operating manual instructions.
General Limitation: OralFirst shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from courier shipping delays, user mishandling, or temporary inability to access our website.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal proceedings or disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pakistan.
